tICKETING AND ADMISSIONS

  • The tickets are non-refundable and deemed final upon transacting at our booking site; however, the single-use QR tickets are transferable to another visitor if they are to be used on the day of visit. 

    • Tickets are transferable to another person for use on the day of visit. 

    • If you can’t transfer to another person, we request that you book a new ticket for your visit. 

  • As long as you know the email address you used for the transaction and you have an ID with you, we  can access your purchase history.  

    • If you have not yet arrived at the museum, please call our Reception Desk at (+63) 917 160  9667 to check if your ticket or registration has been processed. The Reception Desk mobile  number is available during viewing days and hours:  

      TUESDAY to FRIDAY: 11:00AM-6:00PM  

      SATURDAY and SUNDAY: 10:00AM-6:00PM 

    • If you are already at the museum, please seek assistance at the Reception Desk on the ground floor.  

  • For purchasing discounted variants of our tickets, you are already requested online to upload a valid  ID via our online ticketing platform. We may ask this actual ID onsite from you upon entry to the  museum for verification purposes. 

    • Ticket holders of a STUDENT variant will be asked for a valid school ID or any other proof of  current enrollment (for preschool, elementary, high school, college, and post-graduate). 

    • Ticket holders of a SENIOR / PWD variant must present a valid PWD or Senior Citizen card. 

    If a valid ID cannot be furnished, the visitor may be charged the full/general ticket rate at the  Reception. 

  • Please stay updated with our museum schedule by checking our social media pages. The museum abides by government announcements on business suspensions.  

    Keep your QR ticket and we will admit you on another day. Contact visits@metmuseummanila.org to clarify the steps.  

HOUSE RULES

  • This is not permitted. We are a non-government, not-for-profit foundation. The M creates programs for educational and personal experiences of art, and we present artworks done by Filipino and international artists and creatives who work hard for their art. We will refuse or  revoke admission to individuals who violate our policies. 

    Video and photo coverage for pre-nuptial celebrations, anniversaries, and similar social celebrations are not allowed inside the museum spaces.

  • Thank you for your interest in featuring the museum in your academic work. Sharing what we do helps  The M in our museum objectives for the arts and culture. We’re happy to support student projects  whenever possible. Kindly take note: 

    If you are gathering data or will create a video/audio output for your project, we request you  send first an email to visits@metmuseummanila.org at least a day prior to your scheduled  visit so we can give you an overview of the exhibitions. We also encourage that you have a  letter signed by your teacher explaining the purpose of your school project. 

    • We can only allow camera phones; no complex equipment setups will be permitted. 

    • For formal interview requests of our staff, we regret that we may not be able to accommodate  these at the moment. However, most information about our exhibitions and public programs are available on our official website, social media channels, and through external publications or  features. These resources are good starting points for your research. 

  • We love our furry friends just as much as you do! However, to help protect our exhibits and ensure a comfortable visit for all guests, pets (‘fur babies”) are not permitted inside the Museum. Trained service animals wearing identifiable vests and  tags may be allowed in. Please call us in advance at the Reception Desk at (+63) 917 160 9667 if you plan to visit The M with your service animal.

ACCESSIBILITY

  • Public parking is available near the museum. The closest option is the covered parking at Two Parkade, just west of the museum, with limited open-air slots also available along Lane P behind High Street.
