Visitor Guidelines

The museum is currently on a limited preview of our spaces. Please observe the following guidelines.

Appointment days and hours: 

  • Tuesdays to Saturdays, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Visits are per hour. We are closed on holidays, special events, or notices. Please always check our Facebook page for the latest viewing schedule. 

Admission Fee: Museum entry is FREE for the duration of our limited preview.

APPOINTMENTS 

All guests are advised to sign up at least one (1) day before their actual visit through our online visitor registration form. If the selected time slot is full, guests will be notified and asked to register for a different slot. Once registered, guests will receive a verification email with a dedicated QR code to confirm their slot. Kindly show the QR code to our reception desk as proof of registration. 

HEALTH AND SAFETY LIMITS 

In observance of health and safety protocols, the museum reserves the right to limit the number of visitors in each gallery. Guests are only allowed to stay within the time slot they reserved. 

We request all visitors to have their temperature checked at the reception. For those who are on site and are not feeling well, we will ask them to rebook their visit for a later date. 

Sanitizer is available at the reception. Visitors can bring hand sanitizers in their small bags or pockets as they view the gallery spaces. 

BAGGAGE DEPOSIT 

All bags will be checked by the guard-on-duty upon entry at the museum. Big bags, umbrellas, and large packages must be deposited at the reception. Light valuables must be carried by the visitor at all times inside the Museum. 

PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY 

Taking pictures and videos is allowed inside the museum. However, use of camera flash is prohibited. 

HANDS-OFF POLICY 

Visitors are reminded not to touch the paintings, sculpture, and other objects on display. For exhibits that are marked as touchable or tactile, visitors are encouraged to explore the tactile pieces with caution. 

FOOD AND DRINKS 

Eating and drinking are strictly prohibited inside the galleries of the Museum. 

SMOKING 

Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the museum premises. 

PROPER DECORUM 

Visitors are encouraged to keep their voices low. Running and rough play are not allowed in the museum. The museum reserves the right to refuse or dismiss any group for the aforementioned misconduct. 

PENCILS ONLY 

Only pencils may be used in the galleries; pens, markers, and any sharp objects should be deposited or kept inside the bags at all times. 

SURVEILLANCE 

All activities are under surveillance for your safety and security.
