WILD: WOMEN ABSTRACTIONISTS ON NATURE

21 MARCH 2024 - 22 JUNE 2024
3F NORTH GALLERY

Curated by Kathy Huang, the Wild exhibition features some of the most exciting women abstract artists of our times who draw their inspiration from nature, encompassing environment, cosmos, and body. With their unique perspectives, the artists raise questions about the visual similarities and conceptual differences that exist between a group of artists whose practices span East, West, and the diasporic in-between.

BANKSY UNIVERSE | MANILA 2024

14 MAY 2024 - 20 NOVEMBER 2024
2F SOUTH GALLERY

An immersive experience that presents the disturbing yet poetic world of the famous – and famously anonymous – street artist, Banksy. It starts by tracing the trajectory of his art from its rebellious roots in Bristol, progressing to his iconic works in London, Los Angeles, and New York City. The (unauthorized) exhibition offers a comprehensive view of Banksy's impact on the street art movement, showcasing his thought-provoking pieces that address social and political issues such as inequality, injustice, capitalism, and commercialism.

HISTORIES & HORIZONS: THE METROPOLITAN MUSEUM OF MANILA PERMANENT COLLECTION

Histories and Horizons mines The M Collection by encouraging simultaneous conversations: on pasts, presents, and futures; between artists, artworks, the viewers, and the museum. This exhibit looks at histories, not as a concluded past, but as interpretations of events that occurred in the past that continue to influence the present. The narratives and discourses are many and multilayered, hence histories rather than a singular history.
